1. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within the first hour by contacting us. For orders placed in advance, changes may be accommodated if the order hasn’t entered production. Requests made within a week of the delivery date are generally not possible.

2. How do I change shipping or delivery details?

Updates to shipping or delivery details must be requested at least 48 hours before the delivery date via email to [email protected]. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Notify us within 12 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include photos of the item. Upon validation, we’ll issue a store credit or send a replacement based on your preference and availability.

4. What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us via email at [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no extra cost.

5. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or taste preferences. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

6. What happens if my order is delayed?

Once dispatched, we cannot control delivery delays. Factors such as weather or mechanical issues can cause delays. If this occurs, contact us at [email protected].

7. Are there allergens in your products?

Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary restrictions not communicated before ordering. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly.

8. How will store credits be processed?

Approved store credits are processed within 3-5 business days and will be available for immediate use.

10. What are your order fulfillment deadlines?

Order Fulfillment for Shipment: Weekly preorders are accepted until 4 PM on Mondays, with all orders shipped by Wednesday. Orders placed after the 4 PM deadline on Monday will be processed for shipment the following week.

Order Fulfillment for Local Delivery: Weekly pre-orders are accepted until 4 PM on Wednesdays for delivery between Thursday and Saturday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Wednesday will be processed for delivery the following week.

11. What shipping method do you use?

We ship via UPS 2-day air, with an estimated Friday arrival. If you need next-day shipping, that option is available at checkout. For specific delivery dates, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

12. Will my package require a signature upon delivery?

No signature is required. UPS will leave the package if the driver feels it is safe to do so. If the first attempt fails, UPS will try again the next business day. We recommend bringing the package inside and storing it properly as soon as it arrives.

13. What should I do if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely deliveries, Wrapped ‘n Cake is not responsible for delays once the order is in transit. Factors such as weather or mechanical issues can cause delays. If this occurs, contact us at [email protected].

14. Should I order early for special occasions?

Yes, for special occasions, we suggest scheduling delivery 1-2 days early (Thursday for weekend events). Your sweets will stay fresh with proper storage.

15. What is the recommended timeframe for submitting bulk orders?

We recommend the following:
- 20-50 items: order 1-2 weeks in advance.
- 51+ items: order 3 weeks in advance.

16. Why do I need to submit bulk orders in advance?

Submitting bulk orders early ensures we have enough time to prepare and deliver your order, maintaining product quality.

17. Can I place a bulk order for corporate gifting?

Yes, we accommodate corporate gifting. Follow our Bulk Submission Guidelines for a seamless process.
