CANCELLATION: You may cancel your order within the first hour of placement. Please contact our Customer Service to request a cancellation at [email protected]. Store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days. Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the commencement of item preparation.


CHANGE OF MIND: Given the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or provide refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or taste preference. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before finalizing it.


STORE CREDIT PROCESS: Approved store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once a store credit is issued, it will be available for immediate use.
